Title: Patient Care Advisor

Hours: 40 hours per week, Full Time

Location: Glasgow City Centre – Office based

Salary: £24,000

Each day will vary however the core components of your role will include:

• Contacting our patients via phone/email/WhatsApp
• Speaking with our patients after having a successful consultation for refractive eye surgery
• Building rapport on benefits of refractive surgery
• Building product knowledge within Optical Express
• Booking all refractive surgery types
• A KPI driving environment
• Monthly/weekly updates on performance
• Coaching on a regular basis
• Monthly Incentives

Essential skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to deal with customers over the telephone in a confident and professional manner
• A willingness to learn
• Excellent rapport building and communication skills with the ability to overcome objections
