What we’re looking for:
🔥 A strong leader with 3+ years management experience (Ophthalmic, Private Health, Retail, Beauty/Spa, or Hospitality)
🔥 A proven record of hitting financial targets and driving growth
🔥 Positive, resilient, and obsessed with excellence
🔥 Knowledge of compliance (CQC, HR, Health & Safety) a big plus
