We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Corporate Business Manager to lead and manage business efficiency through continual service improvement and ensuring high quality care and service. You will be responsible for implementing strategies to increase profitability and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

As a Corporate Business Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing our business operations. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve corporate goals.
  • Financial Management: Monitor and manage financial performance, budgeting, and forecasting. Identify opportunities for cost efficiency and revenue growth.
  • Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Risk Management: Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with business operations. Implement strategies to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to drive company growth.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to executive management, offering insights for decision-making.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Cultivate positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience as a Corporate Business Manager or in a similar managerial role.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial analysis.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute plans effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse data, make informed decisions, and solve complex problems.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proven experience in relationship building for both internal and external teams
  • You will be able to work independently and as part of a management group, with the ability to respond quickly whilst dealing with multiple priorities.
