Assistant clinic manager of Bridgewater Hospital, Michelle Hagan, shares her career journey at Optical Express. Having spent an incredible 27 years with us, she now helps to manage one our busiest surgery centres. Michelle shares that her role consists of “every aspect of managing, from doing the rotas to just checking that we have all our supplies in, everything we need, that the patients are happy.”
After undergoing life changing laser eye surgery, Michelle is now helping to guide patients through their own surgeries. Michelle highlights the smooth process of undergoing her own surgery, pin-pointing the little things that changed after receiving surgery and the ease that it has brought to her life. “Going on holiday, not needing an extra suitcase for all your eye care and prescription sunglasses and contact lenses.”
